The employer must provide notification to the Union listing the project name and location when work utilizing this rate begins and ends. If an employer fails to supply this notification within 48 hours of the commencement of work, the employer will pay the regular commercial wage package for all work performed prior to the Union receiving notification.

Apprentice Benefits

Apprentices shall receive benefits based on the classification percentage, except for health and welfare which shall equal the Journeyman’s contribution.
